NOI: The Last Night — Ticket Purchase Policy

1. TICKET EXCHANGES. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges (e.g., changing ticket type or transferring to another date, if applicable) may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the request is made before the event date. To request an exchange, contact us at info.drjas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Exchange requests are subject to approval and availability.

2. TICKET DELIVERY. Tickets are delivered electronically via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. No physical shipping is involved.

3. ELIGIBLE TICKETS. Special-offer, discounted, or promotional tickets are not eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request, at management's discretion, if it does not meet the criteria in this policy.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY PURCHASER. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled by the purchaser.

5. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT. If the event is canceled by NOI: The Last Night, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. NOI: The Last Night is not liable for any additional costs (e.g., travel, lodging) incurred by ticket holders due to cancellation or postponement.

6. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
